Paying with state education funds

Can I pay for an online homeschool curriculum with ESA funds?

In five states you can pay for Clareza Academy with state education account funds through ClassWallet: Arizona (ESA), Alabama (CHOOSE Act), Arkansas (EFA), New Hampshire (EFA) and South Carolina (ESTF). You ask for a per-student invoice on this page and submit it in ClassWallet.

Why it is a per-student invoice

These programs pay for one named student at a time, so ESA families buy a licence per student ($270 for 12 months in most states) or the printable books, instead of the household plan.

Each state's steps

Arizona, Alabama, Arkansas, New Hampshire and South Carolina each have their own page on this site with the exact steps, and the form on this page works for all five.

Utah, Missouri and Louisiana

Clareza is an approved vendor in Utah Fits All, MOScholars and Louisiana GATOR too. Those programs buy through their own Odyssey marketplaces, where our listings are awaiting the program's review.

What this page does not promise

  • Whether a purchase is approved is decided by the program that holds the funds, not by us.
  • Paying with your own money and teaching more than one child? The household plan, $29 a month for every child, costs less.
  • Clareza is curriculum, not a school. Secular, not accredited, no diploma.

Paying with an ESA or EFA through ClassWallet

Request an itemized ESA quote

Use this option when paying through ClassWallet with Arizona ESA, Alabama CHOOSE Act, Arkansas EFA, New Hampshire EFA or South Carolina ESTF funds. These purchases use a separate per-student license.

Twelve months of the full online curriculum for one student, with Clara teaching each lesson. Renews yearly.

Please don't include passwords, payment information or ClassWallet account details, none of that is ever needed here.

Paying with your own card

Try Clareza for 30 days with your own card

This is the regular household trial. A card is required, and the household plan is $29 per month after the 30-day trial unless canceled.
