Look first, pay later
See the whole curriculum before you buy it
Yes: Clareza Academy publishes all 71 of its K-12 courses in full, every unit, skill and objective in teaching order, readable with no account and no card, and there is a complete sample lesson you can do without paying. After that, signing up starts 30 days free, and nothing is charged until day 30. If you have already paid for a curriculum that turned out to be wrong for your child, you should not have to pay for the next one to find out.
Every course, in full, with no account
All 71 courses are open: every unit, every skill, every objective, in the order they are taught. You can read the entire grade 9 biology sequence, all 11 units and 98 skills, without giving us an email address.
The whole sequence on one page
The scope and sequence page lists every course and every unit in teaching order on one printable page. It is the quickest way to answer the question that matters most, which is whether this covers what your child is supposed to learn this year.
A full sample lesson, free
Reading a course shows you what is taught. The sample lesson shows you how a lesson actually runs: a complete lesson, with no email, no account and no card.
Free printable first units
Seven first units are free as printable PDFs: Learning to Read, Grade 1 Math, Grade 3 Math, Grade 3 Reading, Grade 4 Math, Grade 6 Math and Grade 9 Biology. Each has a short script for the parent, a page to read together and a practice sheet for every lesson, with answers. No email, no account.
What to look for while you read
Read the reading level, the workload and the sequence, then decide. If your child is between grades, the courses for both are open, and you can pick the one whose material matches what they can actually do.
Then 30 days free with your own child
Signing up starts 30 days free. A card is taken and nothing is charged until day 30. Cancel before then, in one click, and you pay nothing at all. After that it is $29 a month for every child in the family, month to month, with no annual contract.
What this is not
- There is no free tier. Reading the courses is free, but using the product with a child costs $29 a month after the first 30 days.
- A card is required to start the free 30 days. A no-card trial is what we ran before, and eight of those ten families never opened a lesson.
- The free printables are first units of seven subjects, not every course.
- It is not accredited and it does not issue a diploma. It prints a transcript of what was taught and mastered.
